HIRING: Audit Manager (Audit Lead) Bilal Arsalan & Co. Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to serve as a Lead in our Audit Department in Karachi. In this key leadership role, you will drive departmental operations, oversee team management, conduct technical reviews, and ensure the seamless execution of engagements across our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: -Departmental Leadership: Plan, oversee, and review all audit engagements in compliance with ISAs and applicable regulatory frameworks. -Assignment Execution: Drive the timely completion of assignments across all active client engagements. -Resource Planning: Manage staff allocation, engagement schedules, and operational workflows effectively. -Learning & Development: Lead technical training sessions and mentor senior and junior audit staff. -Client & Risk Management: Serve as the primary operational lead for client leadership, evaluating internal controls and providing actionable advisory. Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISAs, SECP regulations, and local tax laws, alongside proven leadership and resource management skills.
