1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or creating an account on The TaxMan's Capital ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Student & Trainee Code of Conduct

Users must adhere to high professional standards:

  • All resume details, qualifications, and exam stages submitted must be truthful and accurate.
  • Study resources, past papers, and mock interview materials provided on the platform are intended exclusively for personal educational development.
  • Unauthorized distribution, scraping, or commercial resale of proprietary platform assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Job Vacancies & Employer Listings

The TaxMan's Capital curates and verifies hiring opportunities from chartered accountancy firms, industry employers, and approved trainers. We do not charge students any fee for applying to vacancies. However, hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of the respective employer or firm.

4. Disclaimer of Institutional Affiliation

Institutional Clarification: The TaxMan's Capital is an independent career guidance community founded by qualified chartered accountants. The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official entity of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). All ICAP examination marks and syllabi remain the intellectual property of their respective governing body.

5. Governing Law & Inquiries
